Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Noida. The Real Estate Sales professional will engage with potential buyers and investors, present property options, conduct site visits, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining relationships with builders and agents, negotiating terms, and preparing basic documentation related to property transactions. The role involves staying updated on local market trends, ensuring accurate property information, and coordinating with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience. The position requires consistent on-site presence to meet clients, attend property showings, and support sales events.

Qualifications

• Possessional and familiarity with local real estate regulations.
• Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including property types, valuation basics, and market trends.
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, including active listening, clear communication, and relationship building.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing role in Noida, with flexibility for weekend or extended hours when required.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with builders, agents, and internal teams.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong sales backgrounds will be considered.
