Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales professional located in Bengaluru. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, assisting them in the buying and selling of real estate, and providing expert advice on properties that meet their needs. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating on behalf of clients, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. The sales professional will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and deliver top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Experience and expertise in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Prior sales experience in the real estate sector is a plus
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and familiarity with Bengaluru's real estate market is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
