Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru North for a Real Estate Sales Representative. The role involves identifying potential clients, presenting and marketing real estate properties, assisting clients through the property purchase process, and maintaining productive relationships. Responsibilities also include providing detailed information about projects, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales, property marketing, and dealing with clients
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in and around Bengaluru North
• Proficiency in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to understand and present property-related details clearly
