About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Real Estate Sales & Facility Management professional to lead property sales operations while efficiently managing administrative and facility-related functions.

Key Responsibilities-

Sales & Business Development:

  • Manage end-to-end property sales, including lead handling, client meetings, site visits, and deal closures
  • Drive occupancy and revenue through effective sales strategies and client acquisition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
  • Support marketing initiatives and follow up on leads to maximize conversions

Facility & Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities
  • Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and support staff
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and meet quality standards
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor management
  • Handle tenant/guest concerns and ensure timely resolution

Administrative & Coordination:

  • Maintain property records, agreements, and documentation
  • Track sales performance, occupancy, and operational reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of operations and sales
  • Ensure compliance with basic property and operational guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any field

35 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or a similar role

Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills

Good understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and compliance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and administrative abilities

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in residential, commercial, or co-living property sales

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Preferred Traits:

Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership

Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
