Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, client acquisition, and relationship management through TheLAL platform.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with potential buyers, sellers, and brokers to promote property listings through TheLAL platform.
- Conduct client meetings (online & offline), property visits, and explain project details.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by providing end-to-end assistance.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and channel partners to expand inventory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate).
- 12 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred, fresher with strong communication skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings/property visits.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and real estate market is an advantage.
