This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Noida. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting products/services, managing the sales portfolio, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also entails providing consultation, training, and ongoing support to team members to drive business success.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Ability to conduct Training and mentorship sessions to improve team performance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
