Hiring: Assistant Manager Sales / Relationship Manager's , Sr.Relationship Manager's , Deputy Sales Manager

About the Role.

We are hiring experienced real estate sales professionals who can independently handle clients, conduct site visits, negotiate, and close deals with minimal hand-holding.

This role is not for freshers and not a Team Leader role.

You will work under a Team Leader, but you must be capable of selling independently from Day-1.

Key Responsibilities

Handle qualified inbound & outbound leads

Conduct client meetings and site visits independently

Present project details including pricing, payment plans & location advantages

Manage negotiations and booking closures

Coordinate documentation and booking formalities

Maintain CRM updates and structured follow-ups

Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)

Minimum 4 years of real estate sales experience

At least 23 years experience in Bangalore residential market

Proven track record of independent deal closures

Experience in mid-segment / premium residential projects

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

What We Are Looking For

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Clear understanding of site visits negotiations closures

Ability to manage clients with minimum supervision

Professional, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset

Stable career history preferred (longer tenures valued)

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: 6,50,000 9,00,000 per annum

(Final offer depends on current salary, experience, and performance)
