Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive role based in Pune. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and maintaining client relationships, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting market research, and staying informed about current real estate trends. Key responsibilities include participating in property showings, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales processes, client relationship management, and real estate market dynamics
- Proficiency in conducting market research, maintaining client records, and handling necessary documentation
- Skills in resolving client queries and addressing concerns effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Understanding of legal regulations related to property transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in local languages would be beneficial
