About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Nature Homes & Spaces. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for real estate sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting our projects, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
  • Identify and approach potential customers through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
  • Present and explain Nature Homes projects, features, and pricing to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Follow up with leads and ensure timely deal closures.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain sales reports and update CRM records regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 15 years of experience in real estate sales or a related industry (freshers with strong
  • communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
