This job is provided by apna.co Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential buyers/investors through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Property Showings: Schedule and conduct site visits for clients, explaining property features, amenities, and location advantages.

Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, budget, and needs to recommend suitable properties.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms with clients to close sales successfully.

Market Knowledge: Stay updated with local property market trends, competitor activity, and RERA regulations.

Documentation: Assist clients with booking forms, documentation, and follow up until the final handover.
