Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in the real estate industry. The role involves generating leads, interacting with potential clients, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while providing a good customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through referrals, calls, and walk-ins
• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to clients
• Conduct site visits and convert leads into sales
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
• Assist customers with documentation and queries
• Track market trends and maintain sales reports

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of real estate regulations is an added advantage
• 15 years of experience in sales (freshers can also apply)
• Looking for Immediate joiners.
