Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to help expand our client base and grow our portfolio. This role involves identifying potential clients, closing deals for office space leasing, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads for leasing Managed office spaces, commercial spaces and retail spaces.
  • Reach out to startups, SMEs, and corporate clients to pitch available spaces
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations
  • Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
  • Negotiate terms and close leasing deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and projects
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and actively track conversions

Requirements
  • MBA in Sales or Marketing is preferred
  • 0–4 years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or related fields
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and presentations
  • Basic understanding of commercial real estate is a plus
