Job Description

Roles Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified leads for residential and commercial projects
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate project options
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Gurgaon real estate projects, pricing, policies, and market trends
  • Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing updates, and documentation
  • Maintain follow-up records and support the closure process professionally
  • Meet monthly sales targets and ensure a positive client experience

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Gurgaon market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Good understanding of RERA guidelines and real estate sales processes
  • Ability to manage field activities such as site visits
  • Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven approach
  • Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory

Compensation

  • Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 (based on experience and performance)
  • Attractive incentives on successful closures
