Roles Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified leads for residential and commercial projects
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate project options
- Maintain updated knowledge of Gurgaon real estate projects, pricing, policies, and market trends
- Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing updates, and documentation
- Maintain follow-up records and support the closure process professionally
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure a positive client experience
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Gurgaon market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Good understanding of RERA guidelines and real estate sales processes
- Ability to manage field activities such as site visits
- Proactive, disciplined, and target-driven approach
- Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory
Compensation
- Salary: 15,000 - 30,000 (based on experience and performance)
