Real Estate Sales Manager Central Mumbai

Job Location: Thane

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with strong exposure to Central Mumbai locations. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibility, including sourcing leads and closing deals, managing clients, and driving revenue. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Source new clients through calls, site visits, references, and channel partners
  • Manage and close residential property deals in Central Mumbai locations
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow sales processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager / Senior Sales Profile
  • Must have prior experience working with Central Mumbai real estate markets
  • Strong closing skills with ability to handle high-value clients
  • Comfortable with both sourcing and closing
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period
