Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager with strong exposure to Central Mumbai locations. The role involves end-to-end sales responsibility, including sourcing leads and closing deals, managing clients, and driving revenue. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Source new clients through calls, site visits, references, and channel partners
- Manage and close residential property deals in Central Mumbai locations
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with internal teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain proper documentation and follow sales processes
Requirements- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager / Senior Sales Profile
- Must have prior experience working with Central Mumbai real estate markets
- Strong closing skills with ability to handle high-value clients
- Comfortable with both sourcing and closing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period
