Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The chosen candidate will manage client relationships, actively engage in real estate sales processes, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include conducting property showings, following up with clients, addressing inquiries, and assisting in closing deals. In addition, the role emphasizes providing professional advice and guidance to clients while promoting available properties and investments.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales and the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Strong Customer Service and client relationship management skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the Real Estate sector.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Experience in providing Training and guidance to clients regarding property investments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven approach with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in real estate or related fields are an advantage.
