Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales Manager

Location: Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh

(Candidate must be willing to relocate)

Experience Required: 3+ Years in Real Estate Sales (Residential / Plots / Villas / Projects)

Job Summary:

Laadli Group is looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Professional with excellent communication and closing skills to handle client interactions, site visits, and deal closures in Vrindavan. The ideal candidate should be experienced, target-driven, and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property inquiries, walk-ins, and inbound leads
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations confidently
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
  • Maintain proper CRM / lead follow-up records
  • Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated with local Vrindavan real estate market trends
  • Assist in channel partner / broker coordination if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
  • Strong convincing, negotiation & closing abilities
  • Experience handling high-ticket property deals
  • Professional attitude with strong customer handling skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Vrindavan
  • Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Religious & Investment-focused markets
  • Background in plots, villas, apartments, or gated projects
  • Mature, disciplined, and process-oriented salesperson
  • Candidates from North India Preferred (Not Mandatory)
