Job Summary:
Laadli Group is looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Professional with excellent communication and closing skills to handle client interactions, site visits, and deal closures in Vrindavan. The ideal candidate should be experienced, target-driven, and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle property inquiries, walk-ins, and inbound leads
- Conduct site visits and property presentations confidently
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking process
- Maintain proper CRM / lead follow-up records
- Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with local Vrindavan real estate market trends
- Assist in channel partner / broker coordination if required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Strong convincing, negotiation & closing abilities
- Experience handling high-ticket property deals
- Professional attitude with strong customer handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to relocate and work full-time in Vrindavan
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Religious & Investment-focused markets
- Background in plots, villas, apartments, or gated projects
- Mature, disciplined, and process-oriented salesperson
- Candidates from North India Preferred (Not Mandatory)
