Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Real Estate Sales professional. The role involves identifying potential clients, promoting property listings, facilitating property transactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The professional will provide exceptional customer service, manage contracts, and assist clients in navigating the real estate purchasing or leasing process.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of real property laws and regulations
- Experience in the real estate industry, including property sales, leasing, or site visits
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven sales skills, negotiation techniques, and ability to meet sales targets
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in market research tools and a strong understanding of local real estate trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
