Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant with strong experience in selling residential apartments and commercial properties. The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum 2 year of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
  • A solid understanding of property documentation and due diligence
  • The capability to work independently, generate leads, and close deals effectively
  • Can close minimum 2 deals in a month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential apartments, plots/lands, and commercial properties in and around Bhubaneswar
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Conduct site visits and provide clients with detailed property insights
  • Maintain updated knowledge of property laws, documentation, and legal procedures
  • Identify potential clients through networking and market research
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance during the transaction process
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing, legal, and operational support
  • Collect payments from clients in accordance with company processes
  • Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business

Candidate Requirements:

  • 35 years of total sales experience, with at least 2 year in real estate sales
  • Must have sold at least 2 properties in the current or recent role.
  • Should have worked with a real estate developer, channel partner, or broking house
  • Knowledge of property documentation, local land regulations, and compliance norms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to generate leads and bring in business independently
  • Comfortable handling payment collections from clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site visits is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream; MBA in Sales or Marketing is an advantage
  • Familiarity with local geography and Odia language is mandatory.
  • Hindi & English language proficiency is added advantage.

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate must have worked in their current company for at least 2 year
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results
