Sales Representative promotes and sells a company's products or services by identifying prospects, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed quotas. Key duties include generating leads through prospecting, delivering product presentations, managing the sales pipeline in a CRM, and providing after-sales support.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new potential customers through cold calling, networking, and research.Sales Execution: Presenting, demonstrating, and selling products/services to new and existing customers.Relationship Management: Building, maintaining, and fostering positive, long-term relationships with clients.Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and meet monthly/annual targets.Reporting & Administration: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products/services to answer customer queries effectively.
