Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the face of 40squares.com, guiding potential homeowners from their initial interest to final closure. This is a field-heavy role that requires a blend of interpersonal charm, persistence, and a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Convert incoming leads into site visits through effective communication and relationship building.
- Field Operations: Conduct extensive field visits to identify market trends and engage with prospective clients.
- Site Visits: Lead and manage weekend site visits, providing detailed walkthroughs and technical information about properties to potential buyers.
- Sales Closure: Drive the entire sales process from inquiry to final booking and documentation.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a strong pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects to ensure high conversion rates.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
- Field Expertise: Must have hands-on experience in field sales and a willingness to be on-site regularly.
- Availability: Must be available to work on weekends, as this is when the majority of client site visits occur (mid-week offs will be provided).
- Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
