Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Real Estate Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, maintaining an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also encompasses conducting property showings, working with sellers to determine property values, and generating leads through outreach and networking.
Qualifications
- Proven capabilities in Real Estate, Real Property, and holding a valid Real Estate License
- Strong background in Sales and Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients
- Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and real estate management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
