Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Team Lead located in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The Team Lead will handle property sales, interacting with potential clients, providing customer support, and guiding clients through the buying and selling process by him/her self and by the team. Responsibilities also include marketing properties, building client relationships, and negotiating deals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and building client relationships
• Experience in Real Estate and understanding of the market
• Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals
• Knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
