Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and building client relationships, facilitating property transactions, negotiating deals, and providing tailored property recommendations. Additional duties include conducting market analysis, coordinating site visits, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. A key part of the role involves delivering excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle negotiations and close deals effectively
- Proficiency in market analysis and identifying property trends is a plus
- Experience in property management or corporate relocation is an advantage
