Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Representative based in Bengaluru South. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and managing properties, handling real estate transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, compiling market research, negotiating deals, fostering strong client relationships, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License and relevant understanding of Real Estate practices
• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with the real estate market in Bengaluru South is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
