Real Estate Representative

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Sonipat. The Telecaller will be responsible for receiving calls to communicate with potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include providing information about our projects, resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The individual will also play a key role in building report and encourage positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to engage in customer service, manage client relationships, and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in recording and managing accurate and organized documentation of customer data
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to handle customer queries patiently
• Time management skills
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in any field preferred
