Job Description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Real Estate & Property Management Subject Matter Expert (AI Benchmarking) based in India.

This role is designed for experienced real estate professionals who want to apply their domain expertise in an innovative AI-focused environment.

You will contribute to the creation and evaluation of realistic scenarios reflecting India's real estate, leasing, and property operations ecosystem.

The work involves capturing real-world challenges across residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments.

You will help shape how AI systems understand tenant relations, leasing workflows, and property management practices.

The environment is dynamic, knowledge-driven, and highly collaborative with global experts.

Your input will directly improve the quality and realism of next-generation AI models used in customer and operational contexts.

Accountabilities

  • Design realistic real estate and leasing scenarios in Telugu or English based on Indian market operations, including tenant communication, leasing workflows, facility coordination, and sales interactions.
  • Adapt and refine structured evaluation rubrics for assessing customer service quality, operational problem-solving, and sales or leasing effectiveness.
  • Review AI-generated and human-generated responses to ensure accuracy, service quality, policy alignment, and operational realism.
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality gold standard answers reflecting best practices in Indian real estate and property management.
  • Ensure scenarios and evaluations reflect real-world tenant, landlord, and property management dynamics across diverse property types.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Telugu with strong professional working proficiency in English.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, property management, leasing, hospitality services, or community operations.
  • Background in roles such as property management, real estate brokerage, leasing operations, tenant relations, concierge services, or facilities coordination.
  • Strong understanding of leasing cycles, property operations, customer service workflows, and Indian real estate market practices.
  • Ability to translate real-world operational experience into structured, evaluation-ready content.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to assess service quality objectively.
