Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Presales Executive located in Baner, Pune. Work from Office.
Responsibilities
- Calling existing leads / data and potential customers
- Nurturing the Lead nurturing generating Site Visits
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, site visits and bookings
- Have a strong followup with the leads
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of presales experience in Real Estate industry
- Proven experience working as a Presales Executive.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Customer oriented and exceptional customer experience skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic and Go-getter personality
