Role Description
We are hiring a Real Estate Pre-Sales / Lead Qualification Executive who will be the first point of contact for homebuyers.
This role plays a critical part in converting enquiries into qualified site visits and supporting the closing team with accurate client insights.
Qualifications
- Attend inbound enquiries for residential projects (new launch & resale)
- Explain project basics: location, configuration, pricing range, possession status
- Qualify clients based on budget, requirement, funding readiness, and timeline
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Conduct structured follow-ups with warm and undecided prospects
- Maintain accurate lead status, remarks, and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign-wise lead handling
- Share daily call reports, site visit data and lead insights
Desired Candidate Profile
- 13 years experience in real estate telecalling / pre-sales / inside sales
- Good understanding of residential real estate terminology
- Strong communication in English
- Disciplined with follow-ups and CRM updates
- Comfortable working with WhatsApp, calling tools and lead dashboards
- Experience with portals / Meta leads is a strong plus
