Role : Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for independently closing real estate deals. You will receive high-quality leads and manage the entire sales process, from connecting with clients to finalizing the deal, without support from a Pre-Sales team. This is a target-driven role where you will work closely with senior management and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion:

Manage and nurture 100 prime-quality leads provided each month.

Build rapport, understand client requirements, and present tailored solutions.

Sales Funnel Ownership:

Own the entire sales cycle, including lead qualification, follow-ups, property tours/site visits, and final deal closure.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

Customer Engagement:

Deliver exceptional client experiences by understanding their needs and aligning with suitable options.

Address objections effectively, instilling confidence in clients for investment decisions.Reporting & Collaboration:

Maintain updated and accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Provide regular performance updates to the AGM/GM.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings to provide clients with informed options.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in real estate, with a strong track record of closing deals.

Experience in roles like Closing Manager with developers or as a senior/expert TL/CA in CP firms is highly preferred. Candidates from other industries with proven sales expertise are welcome.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.

Negotiation Skills: Proven expertise in handling negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for both clients and the organization.
