This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Manager based in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, coordinate lease administration processes, and manage lease negotiations and agreements. The role will also involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders. Additionally, the Real Estate Manager will identify opportunities for business growth in the commercial and residential real estate markets.

• Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration
• Experience with Leases and overall lease management
• In-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Understanding of market trends and investment strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
