Salary: 25,000/month + incentives per deal (sales & rentals) + fuel allowance
Evaddo Realty is looking for a proactive, reliable, and experienced Real Estate Manager to handle lead management, client coordination, listings, site visits, and deal closures in Bangalore.
This role is ideal for someone who already has prior experience in real estate, understands the Bangalore property market, and is comfortable handling both fieldwork and backend coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to leads generated by Evaddo Realty
- Create and maintain property listings on platforms (Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing, etc.)
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client queries
- Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients
- Follow up with owners and tenants/buyers
- Prepare rental agreements and assist in documentation
- Negotiate and close rental and sales deals
- Maintain daily reporting of leads, visits, and closures
Requirements- Prior work experience in real estate is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Bangalore localities and rental/sales market
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada is a MUST
- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits (fuel allowance provided)
- Must have a laptop
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and trustworthy
Compensation- 25,000 fixed monthly salary (negotiable based on experience)
- Incentives on every rental and sales deal closed
- Fuel allowance on top of salary
