This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Manager, located in Thane. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, handle lease administration, manage lease agreements, and provide expertise in commercial and residential real estate transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and optimizing real estate investment opportunities.

• Strong skills in Property Management and managing day-to-day property operations
• Expertise in Lease Administration and ensuring compliance with lease terms
• Thorough knowledge of Leases, including drafting, negotiation, and maintenance
• Experience in Real Estate sales, acquisitions, and investment decision-making
• Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate and market analysis
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant property management software and tools
• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate management or a similar field is advantageous
