- Sell properties worth 1100 to 1200 Crores (YoY growth 100%)

- Facilitate 12000+ Site Visits of the Home Buyers

- 1200+ Apartments booked

- 1.40lakhs+ leads generated

We are looking to hire an individual with richhome loan experience in DSA companies.

Key Responsibilities -

• Responsible for Bank tie-ups with regards to Home Loans for various projects.
• Liasioning with various teams for Project approval with different banks/financial institutions.
• Finalizing multiple Home Loan schemes & payment schedules with Banks/financial institutions from time to time for various Projects.
• Also responsible for providing the cost/price per square feet to the sales team with regards to various home loan schemes & customized payment schedules.
• Responsible for the loan disbursement process.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:-

Graduate with minimum 1+ Year of experience from banking, financial services.

Exposure into home loan sales & home loan disbursement cycle.

Excel & MS Office knowledge would be mandatory.

Shall be open to field work as well.
