Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Developer Sales professional at Valion's Gurugram location. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales in real estate development projects, building and managing relationships with high-net-worth individual clients, and providing real estate advisory support. The role also includes collaborating with teams to meet client needs, managing property portfolios, and leading business development activities to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Real Estate, including Real Estate Development and Property Management
  • Proficiency in Sales with excellent client relationship management skills
  • Project Management expertise, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales and business development goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Proven experience of 5-8 years within the real estate industry
