Job OverviewWe are looking for a Client Relationship Executive who will handle customer calls, manage inquiries, coordinate site visits, and assist clients throughout their property journey. The role offers fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities- Call and follow up with property inquiries (leads provided)
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers
- Accompany clients during site visits when required
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
- Update customer details and follow-ups in CRM
- Coordinate with sales & site teams for smooth closure
- Ensure excellent customer experience from first call to booking
Requirements & Skills- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Comfortable with calling customers and doing follow-ups
- Willingness to visit project sites
- Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus (training provided)
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
