Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of purchasing, selling, or renting residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, managing property viewings, conducting negotiations, and closing sales. The role also involves providing training and assistance to clients concerning real estate market trends and ensuring property-related documentation is in order. Partial flexibility for remote work is provided as part of this hybrid setup.
Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate, particularly in residential properties, and Real Property management
- Strong skills in Sales and Negotiation within the real estate market
- Ability to provide Training and advisory services to clients regarding property transactions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of RERA/CMDA/DTCP regulations is advantageous
- Familiarity with Chennai's real estate market and outskirts preferred
