This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Consultant. The consultant will provide personalized real estate advice, facilitate property showings, assist clients in evaluating real estate options, and negotiate transactions on their behalf. Additional responsibilities include staying updated on market trends, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and builders, and assisting clients through all stages of the buying and investment process.

• Proficiency in Real Estate market knowledge and understanding of Real Property laws
• Experience in Sales, including client management and deal closure
• Strong Negotiation skills and ability to deliver client-oriented results
• Capability to provide Training and guidance to clients on real estate processes
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in residential or commercial property transactions is an advantage
• Proficiency in local real estate regulations and market conditions in Bangalore is a plus
