This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Consultant. The role involves assisting clients throughout the home-buying or investment process, conducting property showings, and providing expert advice to ensure clients make informed decisions. Other responsibilities include negotiating property deals, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and staying updated on market trends. The consultant will also collaborate closely with builders, developers, and other stakeholders to present the best options to clients.

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property with a strong understanding of the local market
• Experience in Sales and Negotiation to deliver successful client outcomes
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients throughout the property transaction process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in real estate, business, or related fields
• Prior experience or knowledge of Bangalore's real estate industry is a plus
