We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating the real estate market, providing expert advice on property transactions, and ensuring a smooth buying experience.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying properties.
Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
Provide clients with updated information on property values and market trends.
Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Stay informed about real estate regulations and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of the real estate market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of property laws and regulations in India.
