This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District for an experienced Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing property consultations, negotiating deals, and guiding buyers and sellers through the property transaction process. Additionally, the agent will perform property showings, market research, and maintain strong client relationships to support sales efforts.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Knowledge of Real Estate, Real Property, and market trends
• Proven skills in Sales, including negotiation and closing deals
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools is a plus
