Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and provide professional real estate consultancy services across Pune's East market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver a seamless property buying experience.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to achieve targets.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms for lead generation, branding, and client engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers for effective sales closures.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy with a proven track record of closures.
Skills & Personality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach towards sales.
- Confident personality with a professional attitude and team collaboration mindset.
Education
- MBA preferred, though graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
