Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role is based in Bengaluru. The consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties, focusing on luxury homes and high-value investments. Responsibilities include conducting property market research, identifying suitable properties, providing professional guidance on property selections, managing negotiations, and supporting clients through the entire transaction process. Additional duties include maintaining strong relationships with clients, staying updated on market trends, and supporting after-sales processes to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property markets.
• Strong Sales and client relationship management skills to achieve business targets.
• Proficiency in Negotiation techniques to ensure favorable client outcomes.
• Capable of providing training and guidance to clients and team members on real estate processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to tailor solutions as per client goals.
• Familiarity with Bangalore's real estate market and a strong network within the industry is an advantage.
