Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include guiding clients through property transactions, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. The Real Estate Consultant will also train and educate clients on real estate market trends and assist in the acquisition or sale of properties that meet client requirements. The role requires a focus on customer service excellence and achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills
- Experience in providing effective Training related to the real estate industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bengaluru is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
