Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant, located in Ahmedabad. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals to deliver the best value. The role also includes market research to identify trends and new opportunities and ensuring that clients receive expert guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients
• Experience in Training and mentoring others in the field
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships
• Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Strong understanding of Ahmedabad's real estate market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• RERA certification and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations are advantageous
