Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Consultant role based on-site in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include identifying and connecting with property buyers and sellers, conducting site visits and property inspections, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong understanding of market trends. The consultant will assist clients in property buying, selling, or leasing processes while ensuring outstanding customer service. The role also involves building and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and fostering long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Strong Sales and Negotiation abilities
• Experience in conducting Training sessions or engaging with clients effectively
• Proactive communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate market is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve goals
