Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role located in Bengaluru. The consultant will work closely with clients to identify property needs and provide tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property presentations, negotiating property deals, and staying informed about market trends. The consultant will play a key role in facilitating real estate transactions and guiding clients through the process with professionalism and expertise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property concepts
• Strong Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively close property deals
• Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Proven track record in the real estate sector is advantageous
• Knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
