Closing Manager to handle end-to-end deal closures. The role involves managing client interactions, project presentations, site visits, negotiations, and coordinating documentation to ensure smooth and timely bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries and understand property requirements
- Present suitable residential and commercial projects
- Conduct project briefings, client meetings (physical), and site visits
- Negotiate pricing, offers, and close deals successfully
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, and documentation teams for smooth booking closure
- Maintain regular follow-ups with hot leads until deal closure
- Share updated project details including pricing, inventory, and offers
- Manage booking forms, documentation, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from first call to final booking
Desired Candidate Profile
- 26 years of experience in real estate closing / sales
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in handling site visits and high-ticket clients
- Good understanding of real estate documentation and booking process
