Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. As a Real Estate Broker, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while offering expert advice on real estate trends and market conditions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, locating suitable properties, negotiating terms, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Building and fostering strong client relationships will be a key aspect of the role, along with providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients toward achieving their real estate goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Brokerage and understanding of Real Estate market dynamics
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ability to maintain client satisfaction
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Professional certification or licensure in real estate is advantageous
