Role Description

This is a full-time remote Real Estate Broker role. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and facilitating property sales and acquisitions. The role involves collaborating with developers, investors, and industry professionals to match clients with suitable opportunities. Additional responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, negotiating deals, and continuously identifying new prospects and markets to expand business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Brokerage and Real Estate processes
  • Proficiency in building client relationships and delivering exceptional Customer Service
  • Sales and negotiation skills to secure beneficial outcomes
  • In-depth knowledge of property markets and Real Property regulations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or relevant field (preferred but not required)
  • Good business relations with all major developers would be a plus point.
